Prattville, AL — Every weekend, short tracks erupt with high-octane racing action across the country. As such, there’s a plethora of races for fans to keep track of.

This localized racing digest has been constructed by Liberty Racing Review with the intention of helping bring exposure to short track races across the state of Alabama and surrounding areas.

For this week’s edition of LRR’s Deep South Digest, two events will be covered:

• South Alabama Speedway – Frank Grill Memorial 112
• Huntsville Speedway – Weekly Racing

South Alabama Speedway

Kinston, Alabama’s South Alabama Speedway was host to UARA Super Late Models over the weekend, with the first ever Frank Grill Memorial 112 taking place. The evening featured racing from Road Runner and Crown Vic divisions as well.

Huntsville Speedway

The penultimate event of the Huntsville Speedway season saw a night full of local racing action unfold in ‘Rocket City.’ Headlined by a Pro Late Model event as well as a 100-lap Enduro, Saturday night at Huntsville had no shortage of short track excitement.
