Prattville, AL — Every weekend, short tracks erupt with high-octane racing action across the country. As such, there’s a plethora of races for fans to keep track of.
This localized racing digest has been constructed by Liberty Racing Review with the intention of helping bring exposure to short track races across the state of Alabama and surrounding areas.
For this week’s edition of LRR’s Deep South Digest, two events will be covered:
- Montgomery Motor Speedway – Fall Brawl
- Huntsville Speedway – Weekly Racing
Montgomery Motor Speedway
The Fall Brawl at Montgomery Motor Speedway featured four racing classes, with the night being headlined by the Modifieds of Mayhem touring series. Supporting the Modifieds were the Late Model Sportsmen, Outlaw Late Models, and Street Stocks.

Huntsville Speedway
As the championship battles are winding down and the fall months draw ever closer, Huntsville Speedway has continued to host weekly racing shows throughout 2025. This past weekend was no different, with the night including seven total features.

This weekend saw another scary incident occur at Huntsville Speedway which resulted in a driver going over the wall in Turn 3 yet again in 2025. Super Stock racer Junior Jordan crashed during his feature on Saturday night. After being transported to the hospital, it was revealed that Jordan suffered broken ribs, but did not acquire any additional injuries.
