Prattville, AL — Every weekend, short tracks erupt with high-octane racing action across the country. As such, there’s a plethora of races for fans to keep track of.
This localized racing digest has been constructed by Liberty Racing Review with the intention of helping bring exposure to short track races across the state of Alabama and surrounding areas.
For this week’s edition of LRR’s Deep South Digest, three events will be covered:
- Five Flags Speedway – Back 2 School Night
- Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway – Bass Tire Family Night
- Huntsville Speedway – Weekly Racing
Five Flags Speedway
Kicking off the weekend on Friday night, several local racers converged on Five Flags Speedway for Back 2 School Night. The highlight of the night was the Modifieds of Mayhem “Battle at the Beach” 50-lapper.

Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway
Moving from the Sunshine State to the Volunteer State, Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway hosted another big night of racing night. Saturday’s Bass Tire Family Night was headlined by a 100-lap Pro Late Model contest, but featured racing action from a plethora of local racing classes as well.

To wrap up this week’s digest coverage, Huntsville Speedway was host to yet another night of local racing action on Saturday, with six divisions holding features. The night of racing was headlined by a 50-lap Pro Late Model contest.
