Nashville, TN — A chaotic and calamitous green-white-checkered restart at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway proved to be beneficial for Dylan Fetcho, who scored his first Pro Late Model victory of 2025.
Fetcho found himself in third on the aforementioned restart, lining up behind Chase Johnson and the dominant car of the day, Hunter Wright.
Wright had been in control of the race until the white flag flew. Wright and Johnson first made contact heading down the backstretch, eventually colliding again on the exit of Turn 4 when coming to the finish line.
It was this contact in Turn 4 that allowed Fetcho to make it three-wide and squeeze by the leaders en route to victory lane.
“I can’t even catch my breath,” said Fetcho to Racing America’s Ryan Murphy in victory lane. “That was so crazy. It’s been a while since I’ve done this. If I had to thank everybody, I wouldn’t be able to do it. I appreciate every single person that helped me out, especially the Bolens. I think we got this car in the right direction. Hopefully, they can come back here and do good.”
Fetcho’s victory also came during a Southern Pro Series event. The series returns to action on August 16th at Mobile International Speedway.
Behind Fetcho, Wright and Johnson tangled across the line, with Wright’s nose hitting the outside wall while sliding down the frontstretch via Johnson’s bumper. Wright would still score a second-place finish, with Johnson in third.

Even more chaos ensued on the green-white-checkered restart. Just before the leaders’ three-wide escapades at the finish, another incident occurred in Turn 3 which involved Aidan Potter, Stacey Crain, and others.
Piloting through the calamity, Michael Bolden would manage to score a fourth-place finish, with Jim Wall rounding out the top five.
