Brasstown, NC — This weekend, the dirt track stars of the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series will embark on a trip to the Yellowhammer State for a doubleheader weekend.
The action kicks off on Friday, March 28th when the series travels to Buckshot Speedway in Clanton, Alabama. The Dirt Super Late Model tour will then venture to East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, Alabama on Saturday, March 29th.
This “Pit Pass Preview” will provide a slew of valuable information that fans should know before this weekend’s Spring Nationals action kicks off across Alabama.
Weekend Schedule
As was previously mentioned, the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series will start the weekend with a visit to Buckshot Speedway. This event will pay $7,553 to the winner.
The festivities at Buckshot Speedway will kick off with a drivers meeting at 6:45 pm local time. Hot laps begin at 7:00, with racing action set to begin immediately afterwards.
A similar schedule is set to unfold for Saturday’s event at East Alabama Motor Speedway, where the winner stands to take home a $10,053 prize. Hot laps kick off at 6:00 pm on Saturday, with racing action to follow shortly thereafter.

Points Standings
Bakersfield, California native Ethan Dotson leads the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals standings heading into the weekend. Chris Madden and Trey Mills sit tied in the points tally, both lurking just six points behind.
The highest ranking Alabamian driver in the standings, Dalton Cook, sits in the fourth place position heading into the weekend’s doubleheader in his home state. Ashton Winger currently rounds out the top five in the series standings.
Through the first two events of the 2025 season, Chris Madden and Cody Overton picked up victories at Swainsboro Raceway and Senoia Raceway respectively.
