Kaden Honeycutt Sets Leaderboards Ablaze During Snowball Derby Preview

Late Model, Pro Truck, Modified—no matter the car, Kaden Honeycutt was impressively fast this weekend at Five Flags Speedway.

Honeycutt most notably topped the practice charts in the Super Late Model division of the Snowball Derby Preview, an open day of practice which helps prepare teams for the marquee short track event in December.

Honeycutt’s fast time in the aforementioned Super Late Model session earned him $500. Combine that with his chart-topping times in the Snowflake 100 Pro Late Model and Pro Truck practice sessions, and that equals out to $1,050 that Honeycutt pocketed.

That was not all for Honeycutt, as he also found himself second fastest in Modifieds of Mayhem practice behind Derrick Griffin. Griffin took home $200 as a result of his fast lap time.

Gary Goodwin set the quick time during the Outlaw division’s final session, earning him $200.

B.J. Leytham was fastest in the Sportsman class, and Ely Loper was the fastest of the Pure Stock competitors.
