Dawsonville, GA – Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP) is excited to announce the launch of the highly anticipated Moonshine Series, beginning this weekend. The series will feature Legend Cars and Bandoleros battling it out over four thrilling race days.

This “best 5 out of 7” race series will challenge drivers across multiple race weekends, as they battle for the prestigious season awards. Additionally, racers will have the opportunity to earn daily multi-class awards, making each race day even more competitive and exciting for participants and spectators alike.

The unique format of the Moonshine Series includes a two-group race setup. After qualifying, the top half of the field will compete in the fast group, while the remaining drivers will race in the second group. This structure ensures competitive racing across all skill levels and provides everyone a chance to shine on the track.

Normal classes will be utilized for the overall season awards, but the multi-class racing for the daily awards introduces a thrilling twist, giving every driver a shot at daily glory. Legends cars and Bandoleros, known for their close, high-speed competition, will take on the challenging AMP circuit with its high-speed straights and technical turns.

Don’t miss the start of the Moonshine Series this weekend at Atlanta Motorsports Park as the best of Legends and Bandoleros racing take center stage. Gates open at 9:00 AM, with qualifying starting at 10:00 AM. Spectators are encouraged to come out and witness the heart-pounding action that only AMP can deliver.
