Saturday night at Sugar Creek Raceway saw Oliver pilot his no. 38 machine to victory in dominating fashion.
Oliver would qualify his Topless Outlaw on the pole for the 40-lap battle at Sugar Creek, starting the evening with speed right off the bat.
“I’ve got quite a lot of laps here, it’s kind of a slight advantage. I can take her in high and lay it in dead center, thats a perfect lap around this track. If I can do that every lap, we’ve got a shot at winning this race.”

At the drop of the green flag, Oliver and the seventeen-car Topless Outlaw field roared to life. Oliver would secure the holeshot, sprinting ahead of the other drivers.
With only 17 points separating the championship standings, this race was pivotal for both the no. 3 of Austin Neely and the no. 2x of Anthony White.
Oliver caught the tail of the field by the fourteenth lap. The soon-to-be lapped cars would catch a break, as a car spun in turn 4, drawing the first caution of the night.
The field again would come to the starting line two by two. The green flag would wave, but the field again would fall to a yellow flag before the first corner. The no. 2x of Anthony White jumped the restart on the inside pole, resulting in his car being moved one row back as stated in the Topless Outlaws rulebook.
Oliver again would rocket back to a sizeable lead and close out his dominant performance by leading all 40 laps of the Topless feature.
“This is my second biggest win this year, the first was the memorial race for my grandpa and now this one,” said Oliver.
“This one is for my daughter, Jordan. She’s going through a lot of health issues and this means a lot to my family, without them I don’t know what I’d do.”
